Enquiries and quotations
The website form is a request for a quotation. It does not reserve a seat, take payment or create an issued ticket. Flight options and prices are subject to availability and must be reconfirmed before a booking is made.
Your proposed booking
Before payment, ask for the itinerary, passenger details, total price including mandatory charges, baggage allowance, payment deadline, ticket issuer and applicable fare conditions. Check departure and arrival dates, airport codes, operating airlines and connections carefully. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
Our role and the supplier
Your booking confirmation must identify the airline or other supplier, the ticket issuer and the capacity in which we act for that arrangement. The supplier’s conditions of carriage and the fare rules apply alongside any agreed agency service terms. Ask for these documents before committing.
Price and service charges
Any agency service charge and any airline charges relevant to the proposed booking should be disclosed before payment. We do not publish a standard discount or promise that a particular route will always have the lowest fare. A quotation may change before it is accepted and confirmed.
Documents and passenger information
Provide passenger names as shown in the travel documents. Check passport, visa, transit and entry requirements with the relevant official authorities for your nationality and route. Tell us if you need assistance, and ask what arrangements the airline has confirmed. Do not send passport scans or payment-card details through the enquiry form.
Changes, cancellations and unused sectors
The fare conditions determine whether changes or cancellation are permitted, any airline penalty and any fare difference. Agency service charges, where applicable, must be explained before you authorise work. Do not skip a flight sector or buy a replacement assuming remaining flights will stay valid. See our refunds and cancellations page.
Financial protection
Do not assume every flight-only booking is ATOL protected. Before payment, ask what protection applies, who provides it and in what capacity the booking is sold. Where an ATOL-protected arrangement is sold, the relevant certificate and ATOL holder details must be provided as required. This website does not claim that SkySaver Flights holds an ATOL or IATA accreditation.
Questions and complaints
Contact info@skysaverflights.co.uk with your booking reference and a clear explanation of your concern. Include relevant correspondence, but not full payment-card details. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. These conditions do not exclude statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
