Before choosing a fare
Ask whether the fare is refundable, whether changes are permitted and what airline penalties or fare differences would apply. A flexible travel-date search is not a promise that the eventual ticket can be changed free of charge.
Requesting a voluntary cancellation
Email info@skysaverflights.co.uk with the booking reference, passenger names and the flights you want us to check. A request for information is different from authorising cancellation. Ask for a written explanation of the proposed cancellation terms and any charges before authorising it.
Airline changes or cancellations
If the airline changes or cancels a flight, contact the ticket issuer to review the available options and your applicable rights. The options depend on the itinerary and circumstances. Do not assume that a voluntary cancellation has the same conditions as an airline cancellation.
Refund amounts and timing
Refund eligibility and the amount depend on the ticket conditions, applicable rights and whether any part of the ticket was used. We will explain the basis of an available refund, including any disclosed charges. Processing times vary; do not rely on a fixed promise unless a timeframe has been confirmed for your case.
No-shows and unused flights
Missing a flight can affect later sectors on the same ticket. Contact us or the operating airline promptly if you cannot travel. Do not assume the return journey remains valid after an unused outbound sector.
How to follow up
Reply to the existing email thread where possible and quote your booking reference. For independent guidance, review the CAA’s air-passenger information. Nothing on this page removes rights that apply by law.
