Plan your departure from Edinburgh
Reach the airport by tram, bus or a road transfer. For an early departure, check the first public transport services against your airline check-in deadline.
Compare a connection starting in Edinburgh with travelling to another UK airport; include baggage and ground costs.
Which African destinations can I request?
Ask about Lagos, Abuja, Accra, Nairobi, Entebbe, Cape Town and our other African destinations. We’ll check what is available on your dates. A destination listed here does not guarantee a non-stop flight from Edinburgh.
Compare a complete journey
Ask for departure and arrival times in both directions, the transit airport and the total travel duration. Include the cost of your checked luggage and the journey home from the UK airport. If a quote involves separate tickets, check the baggage and missed-connection arrangements before booking.
Before you request a quote
Have your destination, preferred dates, passenger numbers and luggage needs ready. Tell us about any fixed arrival deadline or alternative UK airport you can realistically use. We’ll explain available options and the fare conditions before you decide to book.
